Can I change the delivery address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend delivery details once your order has been shipped in case of same city. It is therefore very important that you check all the order details are correct before completing your transaction.

What happens if I am not in when the parcel arrives?

For India orders, if our couriers are unable to obtain a signature they will attempt one further delivery on a later date. If this delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, a calling card will be left and your parcel will be returned to your local carrier·s depot.

Do you telephone the recipient prior to delivery?

No, We do not ring our customers before a package is delivered. However, we are able to notify recipients via email or SMS that their goods have been dispatched.

International Shopping/VAT

Will I incur import duties?

Elite Handicrafts cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering. Elite Handicrafts can also not be held liable should local customs officials decide to hold or confiscate items for any reason.

Delivery Timing and Charges

Please note Elite Handicrafts cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and therefore, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery within India and 15 working days for International delivery unless alternative dates are stated in the product description. This is subject to goods being in stock, payment authorization and you should allow for a longer delivery time during festive season and sale periods. We are unable to guarantee delivery earlier than this time frame.

Delivery charges for all exported items are based on calculated volumetric weight and delivery destination and will be quoted during the checkout process prior to your order being charged.

Product will be despatch within 3-10 days. 

We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
