What is refund policy?

EliteHandicrafts (EH) have informed their store owner and associates for defective or damaged product(s)/item(s) to give replacement or refund for any such complaints. Buyers have to inform EH and store owner within 12 hours after receiving the product(s). EH will evaluate the defect and then decide to make 100% refund or replace the product(s). Buyers have to provide valid proof for defect and breakage of product(s).

How do I cancel the order?

Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 6 hours of placing an order.

If anyone wants to cancel the order, then he/she will have to inform EH via email at cc@elitehandicrafts.com within 6 hours after placing an order, after that it cannot be cancelled. Cancellation charges may apply based on the time and payment mode.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the EH marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Diwali, Holi, New Year, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Dussehra, Raksha Bandhan, etc. These are limited occasion offers and deals; and hence cancellations are not possible.

NB: No refund will be entertained for gift items and perishable items like cakes, flowers, plants, sweets, and chocolates.

How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?

If you want to return a defective or damaged piece of our product for a new replacement then you should inform us within 12 hours after delivery and send us images of the damaged items via email at cc@elitehandicrafts.com. Furthermore you can also remind us by making phone calls. Please make sure, the product is returned in the original condition you have received it. Our store owner will send you a brand new replacement at no extra cost.

What if after delivery buyer did not like the item?

If buyer did not like the item after delivery we can allow buyer to exchange the item with same amount OR refund, exchange will be one time only & buyer has to pay courier charges in both ways for any case.

Return product should be in original condition as they received it along with price tags / labels.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of product(s) in your order, it will take 5 to 25 business days to cancel the order and refund. Refund process time will be approx. 10 days based on the bank or pay mode from which payment made. You will be notified of the same.

What is the mode of refund available after cancellation?

Your money will be refunded back to the account that was originally used to make the transaction or maybe you will get it by other payment mode.

Who pays for the delivery charges for returning of products?

If returning item is defective/damaged then delivery charges will be bare by store owner or CSI, but if buyer wants to exchange the item OR refund, then for both ways (send received item to us & for new item) courier charges will be bear by buyer.
